#5 How to Actually Fix Your Sleep

And Actually Recover

Do you feel tired all the time? If you struggle to recover from workouts or lack focus during the day, this post is for you.

We went out and asked random people about their sleep habits. Their answers? Exactly what we expected:

"I’ll just catch up on the weekend."
Many believe they can "bank" sleep, but sleep debt doesn’t work that way. Missing sleep during the week still affects recovery, hormones, and brain function, even if you sleep in on Sunday.

"I can function on 5-6 hours, no problem."
This is the classic "grind mindset" excuse. In reality, your body and mind suffer—reaction time slows, testosterone drops, and cognitive function declines. You’re running on fumes, not efficiency.

"Caffeine will fix my energy."
We heard this one a lot. The truth? Caffeine is a band-aid, not a solution. It masks fatigue instead of fixing it, and when overused, it wrecks sleep quality by lingering in your system for hours.
